Precision‑Driven Ultrasonic Water Level Sensor for Smart Environments

This non‑contact ultrasonic sensor provides high‑accuracy water level measurement for HVAC, irrigation, and industrial tank monitoring. Designed for harsh conditions, it features a sealed housing that resists corrosion, temperature extremes, and contamination by particulates, ensuring long‑term reliability in both fresh and brackish water applications.

Utilising a low‑power 40 kHz transducer, the sensor can detect levels from 5 cm to 200 cm with ±2 mm precision. Integrated temperature compensation and a rugged PCB protect against electrical noise, making it suitable for remote monitoring via UART, I²C, or Modbus RTU and for irrigation controllers, aquaponics systems, and smart city deployments.
