Netro Electronics PVT LTD is a registered company in Zimbabwe, operating as a retailer and distributor of electronic components, development boards, industrial automation equipment, and related educational products.

We operate three primary divisions: - Netro Electronics Retail – Electronics components and hardware supply. - BruteForce Engineering – Industrial automation, SAZ-approved speed limiters, GPS fleet tracking, and the MΛLKON family of locally engineered development boards. - Kidz In Tech (KIT) – STEM education kits and robotics workshops for children.

To access certain features of our website, including order tracking and wishlists, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. - Maintain the security of your password and account credentials. - Promptly notify us of any unauthorised use of your account. - Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

Product Descriptions: We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, specifications, or pricing are accurate, complete, or error-free.

Pricing: All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Stock Availability: Product availability is not guaranteed. In the event that a product becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we will contact you promptly with options including a full refund, substitution, or back-order placement.

Local Products: MΛLKON-branded development boards and BruteForce industrial equipment are locally engineered and assembled in Zimbabwe. Lead times for these products may vary.

Order Placement: By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected product(s) at the stated price. An order confirmation email constitutes our acceptance of your offer.

Payment Methods: We accept payment via Paynow, including EcoCash, OneMoney, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in a secure environment.

Order Cancellation: You may cancel an order before it has been dispatched. Once dispatched, our Refund Policy applies. Contact us immediately at info@netrozim.co.zw to request a cancellation.

Failed Payments: If a payment fails or is declined, your order will not be processed. Please ensure sufficient funds are available or contact your bank or mobile money provider.

We offer delivery across Zimbabwe. Delivery timeframes and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Delivery Timeframes: Standard delivery is typically 2–5 business days within Harare and 3–7 business days to other regions. These are estimates and not guarantees.

Delivery Responsibility: Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the specified address. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, adverse weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Failed Deliveries: If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, re-delivery fees may apply.

Our Refund Policy governs all returns and refunds. Key terms include:

- Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in original, unopened condition with all packaging intact. - Electronic components and custom-ordered items (including MΛLKON boards ordered to specification) are non-returnable unless defective. - Defective or incorrectly shipped products will be replaced or fully refunded at no cost to you. - Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, text, images, product designs, graphics, and software, is the intellectual property of Netro Electronics PVT LTD or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable Zimbabwean and international intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from this website without our prior written consent.

The MΛLKON brand, its associated logos, and all product names under the MΛLKON family are trademarks of Netro Electronics PVT LTD.
